judy's lakehouse reno and cleanup - apartment house remodel

i removed all the trash from around the lake and renovated judy's lakehouse. i didn't do a test playthrough with her romance quest but i watched a video of it to avoid any major clashes. if immersion and all that is super important i wouldn't use this until after the first date. if you do want to use it before the first date though - she'll probably walk through the bar, when using the cabinet the door might not open, and i tried to make sure not to add too much to the bed to avoid potential clipping during date cutscenes.  it causes an issue with the quest so it needs to be an after quest install

i added a ladder to a mattress on the roof with a radio and some candles for a little romantic hangout to watch the stars including a meditation spot so you can sit on the mattress. smoking interaction on porch, bar interaction, can control tv from couch and armchair, sleep, shower, mirror, wardobe, laptop, sleep. 

added a few nice ambient sounds outside for optimal roof enjoyment

made with updated game and mods do not know if it will work with a previous version.
