grungey hideout at pacifica pier
a small grungey hideout on the beach in pacifica. right outside the pacifica pier fast travel.
features: all interactions, control tv from couch , pool table, yakitori, coffee, smoke and drink, cat (only in one animation for now), stash (big neon container inside - picture in images), rentable, binoculars, smoking and sitting interactions on patio. all windowed side walls to see the views but shutters to close it all off
known issues: cat will be in wrong animation at first but it goes to correct one after a load or time change, for now door not connected to rent terminal because i can't get it to work right but when you rent it it shows the house on the map.
made with updated game and mods do not know if it will work with a previous version.
