Perfect Vanilla - Eden Plaza Charter Hill Fix

I have fixed a series of functional mods with the goal of helping them integrate into the vanilla game more seamlessly and with fewer errors.

It only works with the 'Charter Hill Penthouse - With Landing Pads' version.

What this mod does:

1. In the original Eden Plaza - Charter Hill Player Penthouse mod, players cannot summon an AV on the helipad because the mod's safe zone incorrectly covers the helipad. I have fixed this: the interior of the apartment remains a safe zone (you cannot draw weapons, summon vehicles, or use skills). Once you reach the helipad, the safe zone is removed, and you can summon AVs as normal.

2. Added the missing tutorial for the apartment. When you first step into the apartment (no matter which side of the elevator you enter from), the tutorial will pop up – only once. This is to better mimic the vanilla game.

3. Somehow, after purchasing the apartment, one of the bedrooms looked as if someone had already slept in it. That annoyed me, so I made the bed.

4:In the original mod, the elevator floor numbers were not displayed realistically (e.g., the top floor should show 24, the terrace floor should show 4). Now the elevator panel shows the correct floor numbers.

5. Added a map preview image for the apartment to better mimic the vanilla game.

• 6. Changed the apartment's price to 420,000 to match the vanilla game's economy.

This is my favourite apartment mod, so I decided to fix and tweak it, and give it a more realistic price.

I also removed some clutter around the barbecue area (e.g., newspapers and pizza boxes scattered on the floor) to make the rooftop look tidier. However, this mod does not currently include any clutter removal – if anyone wants that, I will upload an optional file in the future.
