Best option is to turn on the screen via Vortex, and turn it off whenever you want.

The foundation is done, it remains to remove the glitches:

1) The screen flickers to black for a millisecond after the bk2 (bink) video playback cycle

When replacing a bk2 file with a file of the same duration, this glitch appears. I need to study the .inkanim files and how they work, at the moment I have changed the duration from the longest file to 51 seconds, and replaced the files with videos with this duration. After 51 seconds, there will be a one-time flicker of the screen to black.

2) Display the screen at a distance, LOD is enabled at a distance, with a separate low-resolution file from the original screen, which is displayed on top of the new one. I can't find the LOD files of the screen, there are some storyboards of the screen, but not all. They are still hidden somewhere in the files. I found files with the extension .ent in which there are a lot of settings for displaying the game world.

3) Since the video files of this screen are used in advertising throughout the game world, posters with Joi can appear everywhere, and even several on the same street. You need to remove them from the advertising settings throughout the game world, or leave only a few.

I've just started to figure it out, and there are a lot of data variables affecting each other.
