Мod is activated after the quest "The Heist" (q005), without completing the quest (including starting game with Phantom Liberty add-on) something may not work correctly, for example, elevators may not work, garage may be empty, the TV will have code red on the 98th floor.
Each player's game saves are unique and there may always be some differences.
Mod activates: Light, Elevators, Doors, NPC's, Scenes, TV etc
Mod removes: fog on the roof, interior area (because of it the car slows down outside) and kill triggers when falling from a height.
The project is huge, and maybe I forgot something, or intentionally did not do it for certain reasons.
