GhostNet - Better Netrunning Fix Targeted Breach

Description

What started as a system to provide perks for my Better Netrunning Fork, literally evolved into a fullblown netrunner website. Think of Github crossed with Discord. The texts are chat jee pee tee generated but you can't fault me there, coding this was already hard enough. Thank God I have a lot of mods to pattern from. I also learned new things like handling clicks, something which I should have learned EARLY on. AND GOD, the nightmare loop of crashing due to whatever shit i was doing with persistence.
