📋 About This Mod
Extra Weapon Slots
Carry six ready-to-use weapons instead of three
Adds three additional weapon slots to your loadout, with full support for equipping, switching, holstering, inventory management, the weapon wheel, and the equipment screen.
The extra slots are real equipment slots, saved with your character — not just a UI trick.
Main Features
Six Weapon Slots
-
[]Adds three additional weapon slots (4, 5, 6) alongside the vanilla three.[/]
[]Carry six ready weapons at once.[/]
[]Fully integrated with the game's normal equipment and inventory systems.[/]
[]Slot count is data-driven, so it is not hard-coded to six and can be extended by other mods.[/]
Three Ways to Access Extra Weapons
Dedicated hotkeys
-
[]F1 / F2 / F3 draw weapons in slots 4 / 5 / 6.[/]
[]Press the same key again to holster the weapon.[/]
[]Keys can be rebound in Mod Settings.[/]
[]⚠️ Requires Input Loader for the default F1 / F2 / F3 bindings to function properly.[/]
Number key modes (slots 1-3)
A single Number Key Mode setting controls what the native weapon keys (1 / 2 / 3) do, with three mutually exclusive options:
[]Off — the number keys stay exactly like vanilla. Use this if you prefer only the dedicated hotkeys (and/or the hold-holster combo).[/]
[]Double Tap — double-tap 1 / 2 / 3 to draw weapons 4 / 5 / 6; double-tap again to holster. Single-tapping still works exactly like vanilla, and the double-tap timing window is adjustable.[/]
[*]Single Tap Toggle — while holding the weapon in slot 1 / 2 / 3, a single tap of its key swaps to the paired slot 4 / 5 / 6, and tapping again swaps back. It never holsters via the number key, so 1 cycles 1 ⇄ 4, 2 cycles 2 ⇄ 5, and 3 cycles 3 ⇄ 6. If you're no
Adds three extra weapon slots (4, 5, 6) to the vanilla three, giving you six ready weapons that fully integrate with holstering, inventory, and the weapon wheel. Extra slots are real equipment slots saved with your character, not a UI trick. Access them via F1–F3 hotkeys (requires Input Loader) or configurable number key modes. For Cyberpunk 2077 players who want more loadout flexibility.
✨ Key Features
📊 Pros & Cons
✅ Pros
- Real equipment slots, not a UI overlay — your six weapons persist on your character save.
- Three access methods (F1–F3 hotkeys, double-tap, single-tap toggle) fit different playstyles.
- Solid community track record: 113 endorsements and 8,224 downloads.
⚠️ Cons
- Requires Input Loader for the default F1–F3 bindings to work, so you'll need an extra mod installed.
- Number key modes are mutually exclusive — you can't combine double-tap and single-tap toggle at once.
- Description cuts off before fully explaining Single Tap Toggle's holstering behavior, so you'll need to test it yourself.
For Cyberpunk 2077 players who want more weapon variety without opening the inventory mid-fight. Great for builds that switch between multiple damage types or tools. Skip if you prefer the vanilla three-slot balance or want to avoid another dependency.
💡 Beginner Tips
- Install Input Loader before enabling F1–F3, otherwise those hotkeys won't fire in Cyberpunk 2077.
- If F1–F3 conflict with other mods, rebind them in Mod Settings — the mod's own settings menu handles key mapping.
- Use Double Tap mode and adjust the timing window in Mod Settings to avoid accidentally swapping weapons during normal play.
