This mod simple makes those text visible again.
Some issues with this mod:
- Cyberdeck descriptions are still not appearing
- Some descriptions might cause the ui tooltip to be too large, to display fully
- Before 2. 0, different tiers of the same cyberware, could have different description, but it seems to be no longer the case
