Enhanced Fenrir

WHY THIS MOD:

• []IMO Fenrir, while one of the top rated/most loved SMG in 1. 6, become a subpar SMG after PL release.

  []My ideas become less interesting with copying/swaping weapons' iconic mods, so I decided to try something more complicated (to myself), and Fenrir's characteristic seem like a perfectly example.

  WHAT DOES IT DO:

  • []Cyberware quickhack effect: Chance to upload on hit (10% on vanilla) now depending on which part of the body is hit, 24% for head shot, 13% for chest shot and 5% for limb shot (slightly increased to fill the reduced fire rate).

    []Cyberware quickhack effect: Now can stack up to 5 times, each increase enemy's incoming damage by 5%.

    []Cyberware quickhack effect: Deal Electrical damage over time after 3 stacks. The damage increased with stacks count.

    []Cyberware quickhack effect: Do not permanently disable enemy's cyberware after 2 stack (which are OP IMO, you can already do that just by fire some bullets between the 10s span).

    []Improve controls: Reduce recoil, spread, aim in/out and equip/unequip duration.

    []Improve controls: Increase effective range, reduce fire rate while increase shot damage.

  HOW TO INSTALL: Simply download then extract this mod to your Cyberpunk folder.

  BUT THE VALUES ARE TOO HIGH/LOW: Edit values inside with any text editor, I tried my best to keep them easy to understand and edit with comments.
