Eye In The Sky Highlight Fix

Why this mod?

In vanilla Cyberpunk 2077, Kiroshi Stalker Optics continue to highlight inactive Surveillance Cameras, while the Eye In The Sky perk highlights both inactive Surveillance Cameras and already-breached Access Points. These devices are no longer interactable or relevant, yet they remain visually marked, creating unnecessary visual clutter and reducing the usefulness of the scanning system.

This mod cleans up those highlights by only allows active and meaningful devices are highlighted.
