Tweak Rules:
Start Angle + Min Speed = Drift Limit effect begin (this value unical for each vehicle).
End Angle + Max Speed = Drift Limit get Max effect.
Exceeded Angle = Drift Limit stop apply effect (drift failed).
Max in game avg speed in points = 50. 0~15 gear 1, 15~25 gear 2, 20~30 gear 3.

How start a Drift:
