Custom Projectile Launcher System Config

The Projectile Launcher System in this game is a huge bummer. oh, yeah, lemme just sacrifice both my arm slot and my active ability just so I can spend 5 seconds in combat charging + firing this jank-ass POS that barely tickles enemies unless you're right next to them and locks me out of any other actions until I am done firing (which, reminder, I already spent a second charging just to have the privilege of doing). it's just worse than using a grenade, by and large, and it feels super awkward + slow to me.

Enter this mod!! I've exposed nearly all the relevant settings you could possibly tweak for the PLS for you to tweak as you wish. You could completely overhaul the launcher to function completely differently if you want, or just tweak one or two settings that bother you (honestly, just try increasing the charge time + fire rate a lil. it feels sooo much better).

By default the mod makes no changes, it just allows you to make whatever changes you'd like!!

There were a few mods in the past that did something similar, but they don't work anymore. So here. I did the thing for you, enjoy.
