This mod pins the upgrade component cost at a fixed level, so that no matter how many times an item was upgraded, the cost remains the same.
Three versions allow you to pin the values to a level corresponding to the 2nd, 4th or the 8th upgrade, to find your level of balance.

This mod is tested on game version 1. 23 and 1. 3 (thanks to @BigHeartedRyan for doing the 1. 3 testing).
This mod requires Redscript to work.
