Here is a brief overview of my balance changes:
- Enemies can now only have ONE of either sandevistan, kerenzikov, berserk or optical camo (with minor exceptions). Previously even many tier2 enemy types had access to three, even all four at once.
- Sandevistan and kerenzikov are reserved for powerful, "fast" enemy types.
- Tuned the tankiness (removed pain editor from enemies, they still often have subdermal armor and other defensive implants and pain editor is the line for "too far." also removed tier3 "heavy" enemies' ability to use consumables, this prevents 10,000,000 damage from being instantly healed.)
- Netrunning and quickhacking is now reserved for netrunners, androids, snipers, and tier3 ranged enemies. (previously ALL enemies were netrunners.)
- "Fast" enemy types can dodge and dash, while "non-fast" enemies can only dodge.
- Added some cyberware to some enemies to flesh out the "class" system.
