Better reward for the Psycho Killer questline

If you feel the reward for the tedious and long Cyberpsycho questline from Regina is underwhelming, you are not alone! As a remedy, this mod introduces a new iconic frontal cortex cyberware to get as the reward for said questline:

Salamander

-1. 25% to -6. 5% Cooldown instantly for all cyberware after neutralizing an enemy.

Cumulative with:

  []Axolotl

  The cybercapacity cost (12) is way lower than it is for the Axolotl, so on its own it can be considered as a "cheaper" Axolotl alternative with slightly less cooldown reduction (-6. 5% at T5++)

  OR

  It can be equipped together with Axolotl, in which case the Tier 5+ Salamander will add up to 12. 5% cooldown reduction (this used to be the 5++ Axolotl bonus before it got nerfed to 7. 5% in the 2. 1 update). The 5++ Salamander will add up to a total of 14% cooldown reduction, which is more than it was ever before since 2. 0

  How to obtain

  Successfully complete the "Psycho Killer" quest (which involves completing all the Cyberpsycho sighting quests), then once Regina calls you to visit her, it will be in the reward container at her place, available after talking to her.
