Arasaka Ninja Mask - ArchiveXL - Customizable

Adds a customizable Arasaka ninja mask to the game. For both body genders, compatible with any body mods.

The oni_red holos appear broken by default (investigation ongoing, potentially fixed).

As a workaround, equip the helmet, then view the same helmet in the Atelier store. Upon opening the inventory again, the holo should be there.

Custom holos & colors

Did you know that you can use AppearanceCreatorMod to recolour parts at run-time?

If you want to change the item appearances in ACM, make sure to put them as <icon>_<color>, for example sakura_pink

Edit the following file:

resources\r6\tweaks\manavortex\arasaka_ninja_helmet.yaml

You can change the values for decals, holo_colour and holo_icon.

Remember to save your yaml under a separate name, or you will lose your edits when I update!

The following colours are available:

blue, red, green, lightgreen, yellow, turquoise, pink, violet, orange, white

The following icons are available:

oni, uwu, hellokitty, smiley, angry_smiley, sakura, skull, venom, barghest, blackdog, evangelion, eyes, maelstrom, samurai, snake, survive

Custom holo images

You don't need to know how to mod to edit textures! Even you can do it!

1. Create a Wolvenkit project to overwrite files in the mod. Call it e.g. arasaka__ninja_mask

2. Switch to the Mod Browser and search for textures by path:

manavortex\clothing\head\arasaka_ninja_mask\textures > fx > .xbm  3. Add them to your project

4. Export them to png via Wolvenkit Export Tool

5. Edit them with your image editor program such as photopea.com

6. Delete the blue channel (your holo will be white if you don't)

7. Overwrite your exported .png with your edited texture

8. Import it back with PremultiplyAlph
