  FAQ:

  Q: What are Airdrops?

  A: In the Phantom Liberty DLC, there’s a quest to intercept airdrops for Dogtown ruler Hansen. These valuable loot containers drop at various locations for a limited time and can be challenging to reach.

  Q: Why add navigation if the game marks them with flares?

  A: Flares can be intentionally missing or disappear quickly to make drops harder to find. Some are also placed in tricky spots. This mod adds navigation markers so you can capture them in time.

  Q: What are hidden gem airdrops?

  A: These are airdrop containers planted in unmarked, hard-to-find or unexpected locations, awaiting avid explorers to discover them.

  Q: What are DOA airdrops?

  A: DOA means Dead on Arrival - the airdrop container is already empty when it arrives. While some drops are empty intentionally, sometimes quest bugs cause the game to keep dropping empty containers at the same site over and over. This mod fixes these bugged cases.

  How to use it:

  Just install it, and you're good to go.

  If you'd like to disable the mod or any of its features, open the mod menu in the CET overlay.

  How navigation works:

  GPS markers will appear only for airdrops that are not empty, or for ones that are quest-important even if they appear empty by design.

  Additionally, please note that these markers are GIG (secondary quest) type, which means they appear on the World Map depending on your map filter settings, and they only show on the minimap if they're tracked.

  About hidden gems:

  This mod may also occasionally reveal hidden gem airdrops, so keep an eye out! 😉

  Especially since, unlike regular airdrops, they may sit completely silent until you get close to their location (short proximity detection range by the game design). Even with the navigation enabled, it may be still challenging to find them which is as designed.

  Additionally, some of them are only available if a specific game quest is active.

  Pacifica Typhoon mod support: as some of the hidden gem airdrops are already included in the PT mod, this mod will give way if it senses PT managing these gems.
