REDemption Part 2 - Tartus Sauce

The Russian invasion of Ukraine has moved quickly, but has stalled at the Dnieper River, except along the Black Sea coast where they appear to be pushing ahead of their supply line toward the port city of Odesa. Units in North and Central Ukraine are paused to secure river crossings, and allow their supply chains to catch-up. Most of Ukraine's air force and air defense network has been dismantled by Russian strikes. With ample evidence provided, NATO has agreed to commit to halt the Russian incursion into Ukraine. The UN is not committed, because of counter votes by Russia and China. Turkey has declared neutraility, and will allow passage through their straits for either side. NATO intends to take advantage of the Russian pause to get get additional forces into the theater by rail and sea. The Sea Line of Communication (SLOC), needs to pass through the Med, into the Aegean, and across the Black Sea to Odessa. NATO forces are organizing to clear that path. In addition, Odesa must be defended as the only deep water port that can handle the volume of supply traffic that is needed.
