Tweak Books

* Halves the map completion to unlock new books.

Simple edit to half the map completion requirement for unlocking Books in the Library/OD. Just made this to get faster to OD over multiple play through while testing another mod, figured I could just as well throw it out there.

Just changes the requirements to half, so they'll range from 25% to 50% for the final tome. Here's a link to the original values:

Modifies/Conflicts:

PB_DT_BookMaster

The game can only read one file of each name, so if you have 2+ mods that changes the same file, the game will only load the first one it finds. So I list which files my mods changes in the description to make it easier for users to find out which mods will conflict.
