Details for New version:
This is the biggest change, as I've gone through all the moves to give them new Input/Commands to execute. I've tried to make as many of the moves as possible to be easy to execute with few key buttons, and most of them starting with 8 (up) which is a button you usually don't use for much else in combat. All moves uses numbers for directions, just refer to your keyboards NumPad for reference. The screenshot on the mod-page should also show all of them for an extra reference.
Assassinate - 82a
Surprise Gift - 88a
Power Slash - 88a
Force Blast - 86a
Parry - 66a
Back Steal - 82a
Sickle Moon - 86a
Trucidating Gyre - 82a
Thousand Blossoms - aaaaaa
Lasting Wound - 88a
Orbital Wheel - 82a
Penetrate - 86a
Lunging Serpent - 66a (Can't master)
Flashing Air Kick - 88a
Hatchet Heel - 82a
Critical Swing - 88a
Jinrai - 646a
Helmsplitter - 22a
Crimson Storm - 86a
Crescent Stroke - 82a
Eleventh Hour - 66a
Sansetsuzan - 88a
Rapid Fire - 88a
Left Parry and Jinrai as they where, they're already easy and didn't want to mess with muscle memory.
Also left a few other simple commands like 22a on some moves. As well as the rapier spam.
Enabled mastery on the Sword back steal, so it can be mastered.
Did not do that on Lunging Serpent, as it's tied to the animation on that specific spear. And doesn't work on others.
Left the Valkyrie special tech and didn't enable mastery. Since it already have special rules for needing to master all other tech first.

Random trivia:
I went through and deleted most duplicate entries, Force Blast had 37 duplicate entries! This file was humongous, now it actually looks almost nice and tidy!
Similarly went over all the moves and trimmed down their input entries. Was just sitting waiting for the entire file to crash and burn on me, removing entries tend to cause a lot of problems in the wrong files.
Remake/Replace/Rename of one of my older mods, "130_je_WeapTech".
I've actually wanted to do this mod since v1. 21 when I added 88a to a couple of moves in my older WeapTech mod.
Thought I could use command 84a for backward, but the game just turns you around and it counts as a 86a instead.

Modifies/Conflicts:
PB_DT_ArtsCommandMaster
The game can only read one file of each name, so if you have 2+ mods that changes the same file, the game will only load the first one it finds. So I list which files my mods changes in the description to make it easier for users to find out which mods will conflict.
