Adds all the backer/cheatcode items to the shop.
They're still not very cheaty, just for those that wants all items.
Recreated for v1. 60

Backer - Lets you buy the backer/cheatcode items in the shop.
Unob - Let's you buy anything un-obtainable in the shop. Nothing useful.
Grind - Puts 10 items that are annoying to grind in the shop.
---<(O)>---
For those that feels a need to have all of the useless "cheat-code" items for some reason. Now you can just buy them from the store dirt cheap. Just to clarify, these are all just bonus items made by backers of the kickstarter, you had to enter a "cheat code" as the name of your savegame to start with ONE of these items. They're not powerful at all, and are barely an upgrade over anything you find on the Galleon.
List of the useless Cheat-Code items:
Final Hour
Sicilian Slicer
Clockwork Blade
Vine Sword
Game Sack Strip
Darkness Descends
Dungeonite Sword
Dominus
Guardian Egg Helm
Dumping Helmet
Space Helmet
Mega64 Helmet
Plague Doctor Face
Big Mustache
The-Baz Mask
Hey I'm Grump
I'm Not So Grump
A Kinda Funny Mask
---<(O)>---
All of the above.
COL materials (8), none of which has any use.
COL swords (2), 2nd one is good early on, counts as zangetsuto so can majorly sequence break.
COL armours (3), very strong ones, no mesh attached so causes some weird colour stuff, might bug.
World of Fashion #5, doesn't do anything the hairstyle is already unlocked.
Just adding a bunch of items that aren't obtainable in any way in a normal Miriam run. Mainly the infamous World of Fashion #5, and the COL/Aurora items. There's nothing very usable here, just for the fun of it. For safety I'd recommend to not use these items on your existing saves, I doubt it will cause any problems but just for safety.
---<(O)>---
Added 10 of the more annoying items to farm in the game to the store. So if you're sick of grinding for them, you can just throw money at them instead.
Soy Sauce
Black Pepper
Ginger
Garlic
Flying Beef
Orichalcum
Cashmere
Bovine Plume
Fiend Heart
Yes you can buy Bovine Plume, which is a major sequence break. Control yourself.
I'll try to figure out how to lock them behind events, so you can't get them before you should.

Modifies/Conflicts:
Item\PB_DT_ItemMaster
The game can only read one file of each name, so if you have 2+ mods that changes the same file, the game will only load the first one it finds. So I list which files my mods changes in the description to make it easier for users to find out which mods will conflict.
