Partial Parry - Hit Through Weapon Blocks

Based on a similar, outdated mod by gabfour. I just updated it for the newer versions of the game, modernized it slightly, added an additional bonus & malus, and finally added a basic (and experimental) weapon skill-based modifier.

Options

• []Parry base magnitude: Base damage to be blocked by parry before crushing through.[/]

  []Perfect parry magnitude: Damage to be blocked by perfectly timed parry before crushing through.[/]

  []Skill level magnitude: Parry modifier based upon the skill level difference of the attackers and defenders skill in their respective weapon.[/]

  []Parry bonus vs Daggers: Parry bonus when parrying against a dagger.[/]

  []Parry bonus using Two handed weapons: Parry bonus when parrying with a two handed weapon.[/]

  []Parry malus vs Bonus shield damage weapons: Parry malus when parrying against a weapon that has bonus damage to shield, such as an axe.[/]

  []Parry malus using Daggers: Parry malus when parrying with a dagger.[/]

  []Parry malus vs Two handed weapons: Parry malus when parrying against a two handed weapon.[/]

  Some things to note: When parrying with a dagger AGAINST another dagger user, the bonus and malus offset each other. Same goes for two-handed. Also, this will work for all agents but only when the player is present, so it has no effect in autoresolves.

  Installation

  Install it like a normal mod by putting the folder in the archive into your Modules folder, or simply use Vortex if you prefer.

  Compatibility

  Partial Parry should be compatible with the majority of mods. It can be installed and uninstalled at any time without issues.
