Homesteads Reloaded brings the old mod to the current version of Bannerlord and adds a ton of new buildables and functionality.

Build It Your Way

• []Talk to a clan member to found a Homestead anywhere on the map, name it, and own as many as you like.[/]

  []Walk around your Homestead and build it up however you want — every building adds Productivity, Leisure, housing, defense, or pure decoration.[/]

  []Full 3D builder with free-fly camera, rotation, height-lock, and snap-to-ground. Save any layout as a template to reuse elsewhere. All keys are rebindable in MCM.[/]

  []Homesteads gain levels over time, unlocking higher-tier buildings and a larger garrison.[/]

  []Eventually, Homestads graduate into proper Settlements! Recruit Notables to your Homestead, train their apprentices, and all will be around to help you populate and found your new fief, while each grants special bonuses along the way.[/]

Run an Economy

• []Deposit hardwood, linen, clay, tools, and other materials to fund construction, or build your own production to obtain them.[/]

  []Production buildings make goods daily — farms, mines, workshops, and animal pens, with full chains like clay → pottery, grapes → wine, and iron → tools.[/]

  []Merchant caravans visit to trade with your stash. Optional auto-recruit and auto-food keep things running on their own. Homesteads will buy food automatically from local villages when needed.[/]

  []A Market earns daily Trade XP and better prices; a Field Kitchen boosts nearby village growth, a master Smith lets you upgrade your gear, and more![/]

Meet the Locals

• []Unique NPCs come to life as you build — a Hound Master, a Market Lady, and an Ambassador, and more, each with conversations and daily perks.[/]

  []The Ambassador improves your relations with nearby lords, notables, and caravan owners, and reports who in the area likes (or dislikes) you.[/]

Adopt a Companion Dog

• []Adopt a loyal dog from the Hound Master — name it, pick its coat, and it follows you everywhere, including into battle.[/]

  []Pet it while walking around; lords and notables will comment on it.[/]

  []In combat, command "Sic 'Em" to send your dog after the enemy. If it falls, it recovers and rejoins you afterward — no re-adopting.[/]

Defend Your Land

• []Send a patrol from your garrison to clear bandits from the surrounding region and resupply itself.[/]

  []When attacked, you fight in your Homestead's actual built scene — walls, ballistae, war banner, and kennel dogs all join the defense.[/]

  []A Training Field upgrades your garrison automatically each day.[/]

Optional integration with the AI Influence mod enables group conversations inside your Homestead with no setup needed.

Installation instructions

• []Install all requirements listed above (Harmony, MCM, ButterLib, UI Extender).[/]

  []Download this mod and extract the Homesteads Reloaded folder into your Modules directory:

  Steam\steamapps\common\Mount & Blade II Bannerlord\Modules\[/]

  []Enable the mod in the Bannerlord launcher or through Vortex. Ensure it loads after Harmony, MCM, ButterLib, UI Extender[/]

  []The mod activates immediately — no new game required. Make sure to remove any homesteads from a save before removing the mod.[/]

  []Configure options via Options → Mod Options → Homesteads Reloaded.[/]
