📋 About This Mod
This mod adds fancy hats. The extensions add multiple things like maid uniforms, elf ears, batarang, steampunk dresses, etc.
If you have problems with items looking weird or being invisible, delete Bannerlord's shader cache. That worked for me.
The Main Module is required for the Extensions to work. That's why they're called EXTENSIONS.
The Main Module should go first in the load order:
There are also versions for the Amazon body mod.
Patch Notes:
- new items
- fixed invisible items and eternal loading screen bugs for 1. 3. 12+
- pre-loaded shaders
- interchangeability: SHOULD be able to switch between Vanilla and Amazon body version in a savegame without losing equipment and/or bugs
- no merchandise patch: Overwrite the mods folders with this to prevent items from being circulated at the market ingame
- fixed multiple old bugs in items like:
- fixed Black Dress texture being Ventablack and thus looking 2-dimensional
- fixed White Halterneck weirdly expanding
- added stealth value to some items
- removed the Swedish police helmet for being stupidly bugged
Warning!
The new Amazon Body version is incompatible with older savegames that used the Amazon patches.
I'll eventually upload a patch to remove the interchangeability and replace it with compatibility with old savegames.

- Offers both vanilla and Amazon body versions, plus a no-merch patch for gameplay balance.
⚠️ Cons
- Amazon Body version is incompatible with older savegames that used Amazon patches, and a fix is not yet uploaded.
- Requires manual load order setup and shader cache deletion if items appear invisible, which may confuse new users.
- Author has no plans for Steam Workshop, so manual installation is the only option.
For Bannerlord players who want to add whimsical and stylish gear like fancy hats and steampunk dresses to their game. Also for those who use the Amazon body mod and want compatible armor. Skip if you prefer lore-friendly or realistic equipment, as this mod leans towards fun and fantasy.
💡 Beginner Tips
- Ensure the Main Module is placed first in your load order, as shown in the author's image, to avoid issues.
- If items appear invisible or weird, delete Bannerlord's shader cache to fix the problem.
- When switching between Vanilla and Amazon body versions, be aware that old savegames with Amazon patches may break; wait for the compatibility patch if needed.
