Getting resorep to work with Disable annoying effects -glowing objects outlined enemies- or assassins creed black flag care package both of these mods have 3dmigito. If you want to use both of these mods then d3dx.ini from Disable annoying effects overwrites care package.
Rename d3d11.dll from either resorep or 3dmigito to ori_d3d11.dll. Keep one of them named d3d11.dll, the other ori_d3d11.dll.
Getting resorep to work with reshade:
You need 3dmigito and then you rename the d3d11.dll from 3dmigito or resorep to ori_d3d11.dll. Rename dx11proxy32.dll from resorep or 3dmigito to d3d11.dll
in d3dx.ini set hunting=1 to hunting=0
