I found this save shared in a steam discussion. I then used the Assassins Creed Unlocker to get everything it didn't already have. The purpose of this was to test outfits when making Kenway Woodes Rogers I'm posting it here now since save files for this game are hard to come across it seems, even more so since most of them don't even work on legal versions of the game and you can't get these outfits legit anymore without using the Unlocker.
You will need to use Assassin's Creed Save Tool. Process for converting is on that page. Back up your saves before doing anything with it.
