Summary:
Components which are necessary for crafting modifications are now also sold by general traders on stations. Only regular trader lists were updated, pirates and shady guys were untouched.
Prices are by default set up the way that they don't require any grinding, if you want to modify them, simpy access Libraries\wares.xml in the mod folder and you will see them in readable format.
Installation:
Download the file, extract all contents and move them to your extensions folder.
In case you don't have one yet, simply create it at the base directory of X4, so for a steam user it would be: Steam\steamapps\common\X4 Foundations\extensions
Be advised that you most likely need to visit any new station in another sector, in order to update trader lists, in case you first-time installed a mod and loaded already docked.
Uninstallation - simply delete the files.
