STV Better Story Progression - Hatikvah Restored

I strongly believe that in X4 we need more quests, not less. Even tedious or unpolished are way more immersive than generic or doing nothing.

So this was a fast patch to restore the following skipped quests in the Hatikvah diplomacy storyline:

• []Pt1: Medical Supplies - The initial trade run mission where you deliver medical supplies for the Hatikvah. And get that juicy free ship.

  []Pt4: Follow Ship - The mission where you follow and observe a suspicious ship.

• Pt7: Station Defenses - The mission involving deploying laser towers around the Hatikvah station.

  As for me - it is a better flow, and way more immersive as it was.
