STV Better Story Progression - From Terra to Prison

I strongly believe that in X4 we need more quests, not less. And was very fond of More Story for Terran Cadet from Epidra

But there are some problems that I've encountered in original mod design that I wanted to fix myself as a part of series of small mods aimed at better story progression and remade it from almost from scratch.

Usually, once you aquire the HQ as terran or pioneer you get thrown out in the cold. which many players feel lost now after the game railroads most of the story until this point.

Now, you get thrown into prison, leading into the Pirate intro story and the arcadian main story. It helps giving you a new sense of direction in the old sectors and opens up the rest of the galaxy at a much better pace.

Lore Justification

Well, your crash landing into teladi space with a unknown hostile station of terran design. Of course someone gets thrown into jail for that.

This mod uses surgical diffs and should be gameversion independent (it doesn't replace files or duplicate logic).

All languages are supported.

Only known quirk is that due to using gamestart quest not on gamestart - player and Axiom are placed in mirrored cell (quest is working perfectly, only affects his first commentary to turn to the left, but hey, Curs are not the brightest after all xD).
