Witch Hunter NPCs overhaul

Tweaked appearance for Witch Hunter NPCs.

Made with redkit and tested in next-gen version.

Alters Witch Hunter entities. Altered items effect other NPCs using same items.

Appearance changes:

• []improved detail of coat texture

  []added darker and more orange version of coat

  []increased LOD distance on inquisitor mask

  []added slightly dirty scarf without clipping in back

  []tweaked texture of one sleeve to not have red spots

  []added two slightly different colored leather version of two sets of pants

  []added darker version of shoes

  []Menge's pin now has correct Witch Hunter coat of arms

  []Menge's red leather was replaced with brown

  []Menge's black leather has less blue shine

  []Menge has laces on his pants

  []Menge has darker boots

  Other changes:

  • []made Witch Hunter Officer in Oxenfurt prison be slightly more difficult

    []beaten Witch Hunter now has bloody face
