Courtesan and Prostitute NPCs overhaul

Tweaked appearance for Courtesan & Prostitute NPCs.

Made with redkit and tested in next-gen version.

Alters Courtesan & Prostitute entities.

Appearance changes:

• []Amrynn now has unique face texture with pinkish lipstick and green eyeshadows

  []Viola now has green eyes and longer sleeves

  []Narcissa is now different person with blue/white color scheme and blond hair

  []Crippled Kate's Madame now no longer shares same appearance as regular prostitute

  []Bertha now wears slightly cheaper looking lingerie and has different head

  []Mercia now has different shirt and skirt

  []Suzy now has more ordinary hair as previous clipped her forehead

  []Wendy now has darker brown hair with red undertone and more decent color scheme with choker to closer match her TW2 version

  []Nettie now has lipstick and smugged eyeshadow with shiny surface from tears

  []all courtesans now have mass with coresponding color to their outfit

  []no more sorceress chespiece with its collar

  []added new head variants by combining meshes with different textures

  []none of the women use same head texture as Sasha does

  []every better prostitute and courtesan now has lipsticks and eyeliner

  []scarf on head no longer has any "gold coins" on it to seperate it from sorceress hats

  []changed detailmap (fabric detail) on one top from 0 (not visible) to 1 (visible)

  []added cheap looking necklace and choker

• []Passiflora & Dandelion's establisment now spawn only courtesans instead of mix of courtesans and prostitutes

  []Veilgebud's estate now only shows relativly clothed courtesans instead of possible near nude ones

  []women you can pay now each has unique appearance that can't be appear anywhere else in world

• increased number of courtesans, prostitutes, cheap prostitutes
