Roach's Gear - Remastered

Roach's iconic saddle and saddlebags, as witcher gear.

In the base game, Roach's classic look (the black and red saddle with the rolled blanket, and the big saddlebags) only comes with weak stats, so you end up replacing it. This mod adds them as witcher-quality horse gear, with the same stats as the best Blood and Wine gear, plus Brave Roach.

Items

• []Roach's Saddle: +90 stamina.[/]

  []Roach's Saddlebags: +110 maximum inventory weight.[/]

[]Brave Roach: +60 horse fear level, like the best blinders, but nothing is shown on Roach's head. Think of it as special witcher training.[/]

They are sold by Bram, the merchant you save in White Orchard, or you can add them with the console:

additem('Roach Saddle')

additem('Roach Bags')

additem('Brave Roach')

Names and descriptions are translated in all 18 game languages.

Credits

The original idea comes from Brave Roach's gear DLC by Raderith, which doesn't work on the Remastered version. This mod was rebuilt from scratch for the Remaster and uses none of the original files, only the game's own models and icons.

Installation

Extract the archive into your game folder (the mods folder goes next to content).

Made for the Remastered version (5. 00). It adds the items through the game's Temerian armor DLC files (dlc1), so a mod that changes those same files could conflict.
