Potions Reworked

Changes a Few Potions.

Potions Have Much Higher Duration Now.

All Potions Have 90/120/150 Seconds Duration, Except Blizzard 90/120/120 Seconds, Cat 180 Seconds, Swallow 60/90/120 Seconds, and White Raffard 60/90/120 Seconds.

All Changed Potions Now Have a 25/30/40 Toxicity Cost, Except Cat 20/25/30.

All Potions Now Have 2/3/4 Charges.

Black Blood: 

Before: Returns 15/20/30% Damage Taken to Necrophages and Vampires.

After: Returns 25/35/50% Damage Taken to Necrophages and Vampires.

Blizzard: 

Before: Slows Time by 20/30/40% When in Danger.

After: Slows Time by 10/15/20% When in Danger.

Cat: 

Before: Increases Crit Chance by 5/7/10%.

After: Increases Crit Chance by 5/10/15%.

Full Moon: 

Before: Increases Vitality by 300/650/1000.

After: Increases Vitality by 10/15/20%.

Maribor Forest: 

Before: Increases Adrenaline Gain by 0. 15, Level 2 Longer Duration, Level 3 Grants 1 Adrenaline Point Upon Drinking.

After: Increases Adrenaline Gain by 0. 15/0. 20/0. 25, Level 2 Grants 0. 5 Adrenaline Points, Level 3 Grants 1 Adrenaline Point Upon Drinking.

Petri's Filter: 

Before: Increases Sign Intensity by 15/20/25%.

After: Increases Sign Intensity 25/35/45%, Level 3 Grants Increased Stamina Regen by 8%.

Swallow:

Before: Heals Vitality by 40/65/80 Per Second.

After: Heals Vitality by 1/1. 5/2% Per Second.

Before: Increases Stamina Regen by 5/8/10%.

After: Increases Stamina Regen by 5/10/10%, Level 3 Grants 10% Attack Power and 20% Sign Intensity.

Thunderbolt:

Before: Increases Attack Power by 30/30/35%.

After: Increases Attack Power by 20/25/30% and Armor Piercing by 20/40/60.

White Raffard Decoction:

Before: Instantly Heals 35/60/100% Vitality, Level 3 Grants Invulnerability for 3 Seconds.

After: Grants 5/10/15% All Damage Resistance, Heals 0. 75% Vitality Per Second.
