Activates nocombat health regeneration on higher difficulty levels.
Adds health regeneration when out of combat so you don't have to eat at higher difficulties where meditation doesn't heal, or use ingestion to recharge your health. Available in extreme, high, standard, low and lowest settings. It is compatible with version 4. 04 of the game.
