male Elf NPCs overhaul

Tweaked appearance for Male Elf NPCs.

Made with redkit and tested in next-gen version.

Alters male Elves entities. Should have no effect on other entities.

Appearance changes:

• []Hattori now wears slightly different shirt while crafting and leather vest while in docks

  []Waldo now has more elf like gown

  []doubled head/eye color combinations

  []added third scoia'tael face paint variant

  []altered head textures to make them appear slightly younger

  []added different color variants to some hair + hair under elf hats

  []added barely vissible pattern on one type of sleeve and collar to better match TW2

  []changed texture for rope of one torso to be multicolored as in TW2

  []fixed texture on scoia'tael pants

  []altered texture of knee & elbow pads to not have red on it

• []beaten elf duo no longer shares same appearance as elves bullying guy one street away

  []repositioned scoia'tael knee pad to be in correct height where knee actually is

  []repositioned model of two scoia'tael hats to correctly sit on head + slightly changed front part of one to clip less with nose

  []increased amount of male elf variants
