Makes Crach fur hairworks.
While adding Crach cape and fur to Hoods, I noticed cdpr tried to make a hairworks version of his fur. It was totally unfinished but I decided to give it go. And this is the result.
If Hairworks is disabled, you will only see vanilla static fur.
I have no idea how it impacts performance, I saw none on my rig.
I made a denser version, it could be a bit overkill even if I did not notice any performance impact on my rig.
