This is a small modification to the Places of Power skill gain.
You can either increase or decrease the amount of skill points you get from the POPs using an in-game menu. (from 0-5)

Installation:
Either use W3 Mod Manager, Vortex or unpack the mod manually to "<game dir>\mods"
Requirements:
This mod will only work for version 4. 04 of the game.
