This mod increases the Horn of Plenty vitality regeneration to 80. An alternative version is available that increases it to 100, instead.

This mod is a simple tweak that changes the Horn of Plenty's Vitality Regeneration effect during and outside of combat.
There are two versions available for download: One increases its values to 80. The other increases it to 100.
I've seen a few people, myself included, frustrated upon receiving this item and finding out how weak it was for a reward, considering the quest it was given from. Since there's some (old) requests out there for this and I haven't seen any published mod that does this, I decided to make my own modifications and share it with whomever this might serve.
