Auto Parry Arrows

Description

In short, archers have always been one of the most frustrating parts of combat.

Even in the short stories preceding the novels, Geralt was capable of deflecting arrows. Decades have passed since then, and it is reasonable to assume his combat prowess has only grown. Considering his experience in the Massacre of Rivia, it is also safe to assume he is now far more aware of his surroundings in battle than ever before. Taken together, it is not much of a stretch to imagine that archers are no longer a threat to a witcher of Geralt's caliber.

This mod gives Geralt configurable automatic arrow handling. By default, incoming arrows are automatically parried and returned to sender, dealing 5x damage and knocking archers off their feet on impact.

The mod can also be customized through the in-game Mods menu.

• []Mode — Choose how Geralt handles incoming arrows:

  []Auto-Parry automatically returns arrows to sender.[/]

  []Auto-Deflect automatically deflects arrows without intentionally returning them.[/]

  []Skill-Based uses vanilla Arrow Deflection progression: level 1 auto-deflects arrows, while level 2 auto-parries and returns them.[/]

  []Disabled turns off the mod’s automatic arrow handling.[/]

[]Damage Multiplier — Adjusts the damage dealt by arrows returned to sender.[/]

[]Knockdown on Impact — Determines whether returned arrows knock enemies down when they hit.[/]

[]Override Deflection Runewright — Allows the mod’s automatic sword parry behavior to take priority over the Deflection runewright enchantment. When disabled, the enchantment keeps its vanilla priority.[/]

[]Deflected Arrow Trail — Changes the visual trail applied after an arrow is parried or deflected, with options for Vanilla, No Trail, Fire, or Random.[/]

Installation instructions

Use TW3 Mod manager or just drag and drop into the mods folder like any other mod
