If you have Debug Console enabled, you can create one using command "additem('Clearing Potion')"

INSTALLATION:

• []Reset your skills using a Potion of Clearance (Only required for existing save game)

  []Save and Quit the game

  []Extract the "modAllPerksAlwaysActive" folder into your "The Witcher 3\Mods" folder

  UPDATING THE MOD:

  • []Reset your skills using a Potion of Clearance

    []Save and Quit the game

    []Replace the old version with the new version (Don't forget to re-merge the scripts)

    UNINSTALLATION:
