Duplicate Dice Box Fix

The issue has never been a game-breaking one, but could be irritating - if the player had a dice box already in inventory, the starting scene of the second Chapter left him with another one. It's fixed now, the box is going to be obtained only if Gwynbleidd didn't talk to Zoltan about the game before.

Additionally:

1) the elven convict has a greeting for our character, one that, from my testing, is locked out if we talked to Zoltan about dice poker. Now, he should start with "Greetings, white one" regardless of that condition

2) If Geralt talked to the elf again, the entire dialogue unimmersively kept playing once more - from now on, after the first conversation the dialogue begins on "Let's play dice"

3) Project Mersey includes a very good way to skip the dice game if we don't feel like playing it - I included it here as well. If you use PM, remove cn_cm_29pris03.dlg from Project Mersey/Dialogues

The changes work for every localisation, except for a couple of lines in CN and RU (fixed in 1. 1, credit to @Arkwulf) - these will display English text, my D'jinni editor doesn't handle well the letters specific to those languages.
