All witchers, except for Vesemir, have now the 'Witcher' movement enabled. Papa Vesemir, due to his age, that has been likened to be "as ancient as Kaer Morhen itself", has now the "Very Fast" value - he's still an exceptional warrior and embodiment of the witcher principles. But he's not as fast as he used to be. Leo, as a recruit, is 'Fast' - even though he's not undergone the Trials by the time the game begins, he's been in Kaer Morhen for some time, hence his speed is higher than an average human's.
