Witcher 3 save - almost everything done - (perfect for NG)

Achievements: - Won every horse racing - Won every box fight - Won every gwent duel/tournament - Finished every witcher contract - Finished very most of secondary quests I have failed the Cave of Dreams - took gold instead of doing this for free, wasn't aware this will happen :D + I found quests like Blood Ties, Greenhouse Effect that are not done - Completed every treasure hunt except one called Inheritance, which is bugged - I found the body with key and a letter, but before reading it I've found a chest and opened it. But quest ain't finished. - Completed gwent card collection I have finished Collect 'Em All quest, but GOG "Card Collector" achievement is not done - also I have not found some of the cards that are in English gwent cards check list. No idea if everything here is done or not, but since the quest is completed... - Found every smugglers' cache - Found every spoil of war - Found every hidden treasure - Found every guarded treasure  - Found all cave entrances (1 didn't want to show up on map - witcher3map.com) - Freed all persons in distress - Fought every bandit camp - Discovered every fast-travel signpost - Removed every monster nest - Freed every abandoned site - Visited all 25 places of power (6 in White Orchard, 8 in Velen and Novigrad, 9 on Skellige Isles, 1 in Kear Morhen and 1 in another world - mission with Avallach) - Discovered all undiscovered locations ("?" on map)
