WEATHER

I've retextured the snow and rain effects because I didn't like the vanilla look of them. The rain now appears more watery instead of lines and I have changed the bokeh effect of the snow to look more like a lens flare and also reduced their size so they are not so in your face.

VERSION HISTORY: 1. 0: Initial release 2. 0: Made the rain drops look more watery. Added a more heavier falling rain version (requested). Redone the bokeh effect in the snow, now it fits in to the effect more naturally. 3. 0: Fixed the rain appearing as if it is out of sync with the sound effect. Worked some more on the rain textures and are now happy with them, they look heavier when raining, so there is no need for a heavier version anymore. 4. 0: Redid textures, they look a lot better now that the normal maps are not being corrupted when packed, thanks to superdemus  fantastic tutorial fix 5. 0: Added distant rain fall in heavy storms. This effect is best viewed at night or in dim light conditions.    If you have reached your texture mod limit I recommend merging them together into one mod using Witcher 3 Mod Merger

COMPATIBILITY: Not compatible with any textures which replaces the rain and snow effects textures.

INSTALLATION Install with NMM and activate or download and place the 'modWEATHER' into your 'Mods' folder. If you do not have a 'Mods' folder create one in your main Witcher 3 directory.
