Overhauls Toussaint women NPCs; increased number of appearances, hat/hair color combinations, restored and recreated items, color tweaks & other fixes
Tweaked appearance for Toussaint women NPCs.
Made with redkit and tested in next-gen version.
Alters a lot of entities, and some of their items. Altered items effect other NPCs using same items.
Appearance changes:

[]tweaked some color mismatch[/]
Other changes:

[]got rid of all the low poly women[/]
[]changed detailamp for restored sleeve[/]
[]Jacquette now uses her release game appearance instead of later blonde haired one[/]
[]madame Andrée now walks crying using her restored teary appearance[/]
