Priest and Medic NPCs overhaul

Tweaked appearance for Priest and Medic NPCs.

Made with redkit and tested in next-gen version.

Alters Priest and Medic entities. Altered items will effect anybody who uses them.

Appearance changes:

• []Priest merchant has his own appearance with bags so it doesn't seem like he's pulling all the ites out of his ...shoes[/]

  []Crematory alchemist merchant has his own appearence resembeling regular folk instead of plague doctor[/]

  []Priest near Devil's Pit now has different skirt without pattern with no more switched color[/]

  []added version of plain skirt without rolled bit for priests[/]

  []added missing detailmap for one one of the priest sleeves[/]

  []added missing variants of plague doctor masks[/]

• []tweaks and fixes for missing/wrong color entries[/]

  []repositioned two hood for priest to not clip with head[/]
