📋 About This Mod
This is a WIP Lighting Mod for the DLC Region Toussaint. The aim of this modification for the Witcher 3 is to provide a different visual experience when roaming the land of wine and wonders.
The Fair - Toussaint Lighting
This work started because I was never pleased with the vanilla lighting for Toussaint. Therefore I decided to make my own tweaks and this is how Toussaint The Fair came to be. It is a unique lighting setup for the land of wine and wonders that still need polishing. But since I am happy with the basic outline of the lighting I decided to share my work with the community so others can experience the same visual joy when roaming Toussaint.
The Fair - Toussaint Lighting is a WIP and still has many flaws and some parts of the lighting .envs are not touched yet. My intention was to release a basic version so you can give feedback and report bugs while we journey together towards a final version of this project.
Installation
Put the folder inside the mod folder of your Witcher 3 directory.
Important end-user information
It seems that some of you experience issues with various aspects of this mod like over-saturated and birghtend clouds and/or sky. Until now I could neither confirm or deny those until today.
The issue is associated with certain cloud layers and as it seems is caused by either hard- or software. I am actively looking into this issue now and try to come up with a fix so you can enjoy the full scope of this mod.
Right now the different weather types have been fixed and you should no longer encounter any issues with bright clouds in Toussaint. As a result some weather types need new and further balancing and tweaking which will probably happen with a later release.
