SweetFX Reshade Profile Functioning Keyboard Volume Control with Vivid Graphics and True Color Profi

UPDATE 1. 2 is here! There are four versions. The first is a brighter setting for those that don't like darker interiors. The second is a version that has the same darkness as 1. 1, but makes some small changes to the color palette. I have also included both versions available with Lumasharpen turned off for those that don't like it. Bloom is now set to "off" on all versions of 1. 2. REMEMBER TO CHANGE YOUR IN GAME GAMMA!

FRAPS OR A LOT OF OTHER FPS MONITORING SOFTWARE MIGHT CONFLICT WITH SWEETFX. IF YOU GET CRASHES YOU NEED TO DISABLE THAT SOFTWARE.

This preset was created because all of the good presets I downloaded would make blacks look REALLY BLUE or wash the colors out completely. Drove me crazy. They say if you want something done good you have to do it yourself. Well that's what I did. This was inspired by a couple different presets that I used the best parts of (while tweaking them to my liking in the process) along with my own color correction to make the blacks look black again without sacrificing the beauty of any other colors. Mainly inspired by Powerplay's GTA V preset.

When I was done I was amazed by the way it improved the detail of everything in the game while giving it a more natural look. It's not just a small improvement. It's a "HOW DID I NOT REALIZE THE GAME LOOKED SO STRANGE IN THE 40 HOURS I'VE PLAYED IT" type of improvement. I didn't even think the vanilla looked bad, but THIS. My god it's incredible. Toggling it on and off made vanilla look fuzzy with a yellow hue around everything.

The interiors do get a little bit darker, but in a more natural way. IMO it's not too dark, but perfect. You might even want to use the torch in caves which provide for better immersion. Remember to press Scroll Lock every once in a while to see how strange the vanilla colors and lighting are.

TURN ALL IN GAME SHARPENING OFF because it is too much when combined with this preset. You don't have to, but I strongly recommend it because the preset sharpens and makes the little details pop out whether it be the cracks in the stone walkways, the grain in wood, wrinkles and hair on peoples faces, or the blades of grass. The sharpening in the preset makes everything look so much better like you turned the texture quality up a notch. IMO it is too much with the in-game sharpening on in conjunction with the lumasharpen from SweetFX. If you think that the sharpening is still too much with the in-game sharpening off I have instructions below on how to turn it off.
