A facial retexture for Dettlaff. I wanted to make a mod that gives Dettlaff a slightly younger appearance whilst keeping his characteristics (moles, scars and eye bags)
How to install:

If you have other face retexture mods that might alter Dettlaff's face, make sure this one has higher priority
