The original "explore beyond map borders" mod (originally created under my old profile, WalteriusMaximus).
Allows you to travel the entirety of maps without the annoyance of getting teleported back to the nearest signpost.
Be careful though, you may fall off the map if you go too far!
Geralt will however comment as usual when nearing the edge of a map, so make sure to save your game before testing the far edges.
Sensible Map Borders (NEXT-GEN) removes the teleport mechanic at invisible map borders in The Witcher 3, preventing players from being transported when they reach the edge of the world. This gameplay tweak is for players who want to explore freely without interruption, though it may cause players to get stuck if they wander too far.
